The South Eastern Gundog Society held their novice and open working/water tests at the Isenhurst Estate, East Sussex at the kind invitation of Clive and Gilly Nickols.
There was a good entry of 44 runners, 25 novice and 19 open, to be judged by Diana Harrison, Tony Turner, Gary Vidler, Graham Harrison and Martin Bagg. The five tests made full use of the variety of ground and water available. Everything ran very smoothly and the tests provided an excellent challenge for all dogs and handlers with the top dogs particularly deserving of their awards.
